The bouquet is the epitome of quality Blanc de Noir, showing vanilla cream, freshly baked puff pastry, honey, peach. Just before the bouquet begins to run uncontrollably, fresh strawberries, apples and minerality hit the palate. On the back edge, you taste brioche and a slightly caramelized expression. The whole glory kept tight, dry, elegant and incomprehensibly precise on the finish.
