A gentle aroma with hints of vanilla and tropical fruits. Like a soft whipped vanilla ice cream. Melts on the palate. Slightly nutty with a long malty finish. Finish is clean, dry and slightly salty.

Chapter 14 is our classic single malt whisky, aged in bourbon casks for a minimum of 5 years. Very fruity, bananas and light fruits. Hints of crème brulee. Almost like a light brandy. Warm and a long with a dry finish.

Hints of lemongrass, citrus and chilli spice. Slightly burnt toasted marshmallows. Oily and sweet with a long oaky dry finish; just when you think it is all finished a smoke bomb goes off on your palate!

The English Whisky Company’s first release of a peated, Sherry cask. This initial release has very light smoke but all the classic flavours and aromas you would expect from a Sherry cask.

The bouquet shows vanilla, light citrus fruits. Slightly dry, dark chocolate, light honey, with a subtle liquorice flavour in the background. A zingy and zesty offering with vanilla, candyfloss, white chocolate, anise and a touch of liquorice on the finish.

A gentle aroma with hint of vanilla, aniseed and ginger, a creamy palate, a little peat initially and then the smoke bomb! Finish is long, spicy and smokey.

Beautifully rich and oily; slightly dry. The palate is sweet and spicy with milk chocolate and orange citrus. Light herbal notes of lemon thyme. Long and dry on the finish.

Rich, creamy palate. Sweet, spicy and dry. The popcorn comes through as does the vanilla. Also, brandy snap biscuits with a slight nutty character on the finish.
