Right from the get-go the bouquet is strong with young, underdeveloped notes of dried grass and underaged barley. Flavor profile shows notes of apricot and caramel. An underlying note of sweet ginger is very welcoming and leads to medium finish of scorched cinnamon and dried vanilla.
-
This uncut, barrel-strength Bourbon is bold and flavorful. The caramel aroma is rich and luxe. On the palate, it’s quite tannic and drying, but the flavor shines through, showing toffee, caramel and dried cherry, with a spicy finish of clove, dried fig and date. The alcohol feels remarkably balanced despite the high proof. It needs no adornment: just add a chunk of ice and enjoy.

Evan Williams 1783 is our signature, small batch Bourbon meaning that each batch is pulled from no more than 80 hand-selected barrels. It is extra-aged and uses the same sour mash process and traditional recipe made popular by our namesake. The result is a classic Bourbon- smooth rich, and worthy of the name.
-
A soft, delicate bourbon—especially when compared to its single barrel siblings here. Subtle notes of candied fruit and creamy sweet notes (vanilla, coconut, light toffee, and caramel corn) are nicely interwoven. Some integrated, gently-dried spice dances throughout and lingers on the finish. An easy-to-embrace bourbon with nice balance.

Baby Bourbon is left to mature in our signature small charred new American oak barrels, giving it a uniquely rich amber color. Small barrels mean more wood contact, which accounts for its rich, oaky, smoky flavor profile. We never charcoal or chill filter our bourbon, giving you a full-flavor experience. An American classic!
-
As “virtually impossible to find” —is certainly worth looking for. It is pot-distilled twice and then aged in charred oak barrels, creating a spirit that is deeply flavorful and very sippable. This unique aging process produces a mildly sweet, smooth spirit with hints of vanilla and caramel. This special bourbon is aged in our petite new American oak barrels for more wood contact, giving it more depth, character and a warm, soothing finish.

Nothing about it is going to knock you on your ass. The oak is assertive but well in balance with the sweeter elements of the whiskey. This combined with a slightly dry finish.

An unflinching balance of deep, pre-Prohibition-style bourbon with a robust oak taste, complemented with hints of smooth vanilla and layered caramel.

-
Complex aroma of caramel, oak, vanilla and brown sugar, which leads to similar flavors on the palate, along with notes of wheat crackers and sugar cereal. The finish is subtle, with hints of orange peel and dark chocolate rounding things out.
-
The bouquet is floral with citrus and herbs, sweet and spicy with a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it has a light texture but solid flavor, combining rye spice with vanilla-flavored sugar cookies. Small batch rye offers smooth, spicy rye flavour with enough backbone, making for an undistinguished finish.
-
Aged for 10 months in virgin American oak casks, this whiskey has great rye spiciness balanced by hints of cinnamon and dried apricots, with a dry toasty finish. It’s a fantastic combination of old and new with a flavor worth lingering over.

A wheated bourbon made with 65% organic NY state corn, along with a good amount of wheat. This American classic is carefully made with only the best ingredients. This is a fairly dry bourbon with hints of nuts and maple syrup. A terrific taste of the Brooklyn indie spirits movement.

Wilderness Trail Settlers Select Single Barrel Rye is made from a mash bill of 56% rye, 33% corn, 12% malted barley. The rye and corn are grown by a local farm and the grain bill uses a sweet mash rather than a sour mash like many Kentucky whiskeys use. Bottled without chill-filtration at barrel proof. As these are single barrel releases, expect variations in flavor and proof.
