What about that legend? Here’s a small taste: according to ancient history, even before the time when Atlantis was above sea level, there existed a small hidden island off the coast of today’s Africa. This particular island was inhabited by a life-affirming people who, with their good mood and magic, could enchant anyone. When the hidden island sank into the ocean one day, a sorceress living there rescued the magic and spirit of the people by filling bottles of their local drink with them.

Botanicals like ginger, cardamom and clove are very evident on the deeply spicy bouquet, with ginger cake and spiced raisin aromas. The palate’s punchy, with a big hit of spice and alcohol before some juicy lime joins the party, with only the slightest hint of sweetness, and a touch of bitterness to finish.

Lots of light floral spices on the nose with a slight hit of vanilla and aniseed type flavours mixing in near the end. Rather light on the palate, with a good burst of spice to begin with. A rather long flavour of cinnamon spice and vanilla, with a soft warming sensation to finish.

The Kraken is the most fearsome of all sea monsters that lies up to 3000 feet beneath the surface of the ocean. Extremely Smooth. Ron de Jeremy Spiced shows the the dark reddish brown color of cinnamon bark. Aromas of vanilla, butter-rich flour pastry and baking spices are forward yet pleasantly soft – a proven concoction, admittedly designed for mixing with cola. The initial taste is predominantly vanilla and caramel, almost syrupy in sweetness, with enough mild spice to work equally well with cola or as a topper to coconut drinks.
-
The bouquet shows rich spice and intense notes of creamy vanilla and oak. Buttery on the palate with caramel and banana chips, hints of bourbon barrel char, allspice, nutmeg and vanilla with hints of clove. The finish is long, rich and spicy. Very warming.
