Every bottle of Jim Beam Single Barrel is unique and perfect in its own way—both in the distinct flavor and personality of the liquid itself and the wisdom of our master distiller printed on the back. It is an extraordinary bourbon experience that’s different each time you break open a new seal.
Jim Beam Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey was originally distilled in 1795. Jim Beam has gone on to become an whiskey icon here in UK and across the world. Distilled using only the finest products, Jim Beam continues to be at the top of its class today.
Pleasing upfront aroma that’s dusty dry and adequately grainy, even a little nut-like, if a bit reticent in nature; another seven minutes of air contact release alluring scents of beeswax, faint cooking spice (allspice) and corn kernel. Entry is seriously tasty as the flavor profile contains honey, sweet corn, brown sugar and vanilla extract; midpalate is slightly toasty/smoky, generous in its sweetness, which is round and buttery on the finish.
This single barrel bourbon is 100 proof, but still smooth as the fall breeze. Its fragrant nose is followed by hints of toffee, leather, figs and almonds with a long dry finish.
STRICTLY 1 PER CUSTOMER
Delicate floral bouquet with hints of caramel, oak and honey. The palate is creamy, light notes of vanilla and honey with a citrus edge back up the light corn flavour of the spirit. Finishes with grip, a touch of fire and just a little mocha.
Johnny Drum is produced in limited quantities to insure the finest quality possible using the old family tradition. Smooth, smoky flavor with some smokiness, well-balanced. Bourbon par excellence.
Delicate, gentle and rich without being sweet. The palate is like velvet and it's amazing to think that so much concentrated flavor could be inside something so powerful. It is indeed exquisitely graceful Bourbon.
It has aged in new American oak barrels, for an unspecified amount of time, although the producers do say that it has aged “long beyond that of any ordinary bourbon.” Estimates range from 6 to 14 years, but the fact is that the Kentucky Vintage – Original Sour Mash is an excellent bourbon, regardless of its age.
When it comes to making Knob Creek Bourbon, there’s a lot of waiting but hardly any sitting around. While each barrel patiently ages in white oak, our distillers continue to raise the standards, fulfilling their commitment to full flavor. The result? An unflinching balance of deep, pre-Prohibition-style bourbon with a robust oak taste, complemented with hints of smooth vanilla and layered caramel.
DOUBLE GOLD SAN FRANCISCO SPIRITS COMPETITION. Made with a blend of fine quality rye to create an extraordinarily smooth yet spicy finish; handcrafted and aged to produce the signature rich flavor.
Each phase of Legent Bourbon highlights a different one of its components. The bouquet brightly showcases the wine influence, fruity and jammy with grapes and red wine. The palate is where the rich, chewy bourbon character shines through, with caramel, crème brûlée and butterscotch. A long finish then offers up the sherry side, with a bitter streak and peanut shells, along with oak, rye spice, tingly black pepper and vanilla.
Maker’s Mark 46 Kentucky Bourbon Whisky is one unique Bourbon. Starting with the original Maker’s Mark whisky, the barrels are emptied of the golden spirit to make way for extra French Oak staves. The whisky is then returned to the barrel and then aged to taste. Ultimately, this helps provide Maker’s 46 with its distinct caramel and toasted oak flavours.
Rich, buttery bouquet with hints of raisins and honey; flavors include vanilla, honey, oranges, and a well balanced backdrop of leather and spice.
Honey, brown sugar, and corn (Fantastic!). The first sip and you can tell right away this is a young bourbon. However, the burn of the high proof (barrel proof) combines gracefully with brown sugar and a sweet molasses to warm your palate and excite your taste buds. The finish is higher on the barrel char and burnt sugar.
MB Roland Kentucky Straight Corn Whiskey is made from a mash bill of 95% locally-sourced white corn and 5% malted barley. It is aged for a minimum of two years in used bourbon barrels.
MB Roland Kentucky Malt Whiskey takes this whiskey category in a different direction. Instead of a single malt style, we include white corn and rye to provide a spicier, fuller flavor that lovers of single malt or bourbon can appreciate.
MB Roland Rye Whiskey is a unique local expression of our distillery in Western Kentucky. It’s then aged in a new alligator char oak barrels. The spiciness from the rye in this mash is rounded out by the addition of our local Christian County white corn.
A delicious wheat whiskey created using locally grown red winter wheat, white corn and malt. Pot distilled and uncut and unfiltered at distillation and barrel proof. This wheat whiskey is full bodied and full of flavour.
This is a really lovely, very fruity whiskey. Not too sweet and lightly wooded, the graininess of the spirit is all but gone — a touch of corn on the mid-palate and a bit of popcorn on the finish are all that remind you that you’re drinking a whiskey instead of chowing down on dessert.
Crazy-sweet aroma, full of caramel, vanilla and a slight floral touch. The bite comes first, followed by vanilla, caramel and coconut flavors. It mellows considerably with ice, and becomes quite likeable, drinkable and mild.
For all you Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey enthusiasts, let us introduce you to an outsider that deserves more accolades than most of the other liquid gold that comes out of the great state of Kentucky!
This isn’t a bad whiskey but it is a curious one, playing its identity cards close to the chest. This would be a great introductory whiskey for someone dipping their toes in the bourbon pool. It’s also an appropriate suggestion for someone wanting to try something a bit different in the American whiskey realm.
Had master distiller M.C. Beam not been stifled by Prohibition, we imagine his straight rye whiskey would taste a lot like the mature elixir we bottle today. It’s aged in cream sherry casks for an unforgettable flavor.

One of the most lush and rich Whiskeys on the market. The bouquet shows walnuts, prunes, and floral notes. The palate mimics the bouquet with walnuts, prunes, spices, intertwined with lavender and balanced with the perfect amount of acidity, that leads you down a path of lingering burnt caramel notes on the finish.
A classic Bourbon. The bouquet shows caramel, oak, vanilla, and just a hint of floral notes. The palate follows with more of the same. A softer style Bourbon, this is a great gateway dram to converting someone….
Sweet floral notes with undertones of vanilla, cinnamon, and fine wood. Subtle notes of vanilla with floral tones and a warm, lengthy, buttery finish.
Created with wheat as the secondary grain, instead of the traditional rye, Larceny offers intriguing notes of sweet corn, fresh bread, toffee, brown sugar and vanilla, accentuated by hints of cinnamon, roasted nuts and caramel. Notes of oak, baking spice and honey emerge on the finish.
Old Forester 86 Proof is made in the same classic style originated by George Garvin Brown in 1870. Twice-distilled, this remarkable spirit is crafted using a precise grain recipe of corn, rye and malted barley. Old Forester is richer in rye than most bourbons, resulting in a uniquely full, rich, genuine character. This is what bourbon is supposed to be. Year after year.
