Plum and blueberry flavors with a touch of dried herb predominate in this soft, rich, mouth filling Merlot, and are enhanced by aging in small oak barrels for a toasty, spicy vanilla character, and a lingering berry-cream finish.
The Symmetry greets you with an opulent bouquet of blackberries, cassis, and sweet spices. It unfolds on the palate with layers of black fruits, dark chocolate and spice. This mouth-filling wine is rich and silky in texture with a long, lingering finish.

An intense nose of lemon lime zest, gooseberry, and ripe nectarine. The palate is rich stone fruits: white peach, red flame nectarine and apricot, grapefruit pith, and lemon curd. The texture is full and round with a viscous beeswax finish.

Blended from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, this is a good, full-bodied red wine. It’s dry and tannic, with blackberry, blueberry, tobacco, sweet red currant and oak flavors that finish sweet and spicy.
The wine has richness, roundness, power and finesse all rolled into a balanced package. The bouquet is bold, ripe but also smoky and savory, and tastes deep and layered with cassis, chocolate, and tobacco. A good wrapping of fine tannins pulls everything together.
Smooth and polished, this shows real Napa character, with dry tannins framing blackberry, black currant and herb flavors.
This Napa Chardonnay is classically styled, with a bit of a twist. The buttery vanilla notes are relatively restrained. In their place you’ll find notes of lemon curd, clover honey, whipped cream, and light lavender that bubble up to the surface, particularly evident as the wine warms up a bit. Refreshing on the finish, but loaded with character that’s worth exploring.
