Patience is the secret ingredient of our acclaimed Añejo. Aged for a full two years in French white oak barrels, the complex aromas of dried fruits and spice complement flavors of toasted oak, butterscotch, vanilla, and sweet cooked agave.

Made with volcano water sourced from an artesian well located on the distillery’s grounds. The water goes through reverse osmosis and carbon filters with silver ions to eliminate the chance of impurities. It is fermented in stainless steel columns before undergoing double-pot distillation through a combination of copper and silver stills – a process that preserves the natural flavors of the top-quality agave used. The entire range is aged in American Oak Bourbon Barrels. Cenote’s Añejo expression is aged for one year, giving it a deep, amber color and producing a smoked, woody bouquet and vanilla, spice and chocolate notes on the palate.
-
Amber in colour; intense aromas of spice, earthy agave and caramel; the palate is dry and medium body with flavours of earth, honey, pineapple, hot peppers with a pleasantly salty, long finish.

Aged 18 months, this sultry beauty is refined, elegant and expressive. Hints of red berry fruit mingle with oak, touches of new leather and a bit of spice. We find an underlying floral note that tames the full-bodied richness on the palate. This is an absolutely gorgeous Tequila, and a steal.
-
Utilising the French Charentais method of distillation, Corralejo distill twice to capture optimum flavour and aroma. The Tequila then sits in charred new American oak for a minimum of 12 months, imparting a superb depth of flavour to this Añejo.
-
Don Julio Añejo spends more than the minimum requirement of 1 year on oak, and is normally aged between 18 months and two years before it reaches its optimum age and taste profile. As with the rest of the Don Julio range the nose is fruity and floral, but with notes of vanilla and fresh agave, whilst the palate is slightly richer and more full bodied, yet still sweet and rich with citrus characteristics.

Of all the expressions released from Corazón’s Antique Collection series, this one has the most balance between bourbon and agave character. The leathery must, oak and sweet vanilla found in this bourbon plays well with the mineral undertones and vegetal fruits of agave. Caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove bring it all together.

This outstanding tequila is hand-made from stone-crushed agave. Guillermo Sauza is a fifth generation Sauza family-member and welcomes you to his distillery if you visit Mexico. The Anejo is favoured by lovers of single malts.
-
A tequila that represents the best of Orendain´s range. Aged for 30 months in American oak barrels. Smooth and intense flavour with aromas of cooked agave, caramel, chocolate, vanilla and coffee.
-
This handmade, luxury Añejo tequila is crafted from the finest 100 percent Weber blue agave from the Highlands of Jalisco. It is matured in a combination of new American and French Oak barrels and aged for a minimum of 12 months. It is then distilled again before it is racked in vintage Bordeaux barrels, from the finest French chateaux (“Burdeos” means Bordeaux in Spanish). The taste is smooth and sweet; with great body and a long-lasting finish, it offers notes of oak, light agave, vanilla and raisins.
-
25-plus months in oak. And somehow the anejo pulls it all back together. In balance, vanilla, caramel, chocolate, big ripe banana character, and a little agave at the back. Silky and rich, a banana cream pie!

Aromas of coffee, chocolate and tobacco are masterfully created during its two year aging time in American white oak casks. Notes of vanilla and spice with a pristine finish.
-
Patrón Añejo is a delicate blend of uniquely aged tequilas, all aged in small white oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months. Similar to winemaking, each vintage of Patrón Añejo is carefully blended to produce a smooth and sweet tasting tequila. It’s distinct oakwood flavor complemented by vanilla, raisins, and honey with a caramel and smoky finish makes it perfect for sipping. Each bottle is numbered by hand and crafted from recycled glass.
-
The Tequila spent more than 24 months in the X-Oloroso Sherry casks which have bestowed it with a deep amber colour as well as flavours of dried fruit, pecans, light-toasted oak, caramel and light vanilla mingling with familiar agave notes.
-
Exotic bouquet. Lots of agave hanging in there at first, bringing aromas of rosemary and sage to mingle with some burnt marshmallow and anise notes. But after a sip or two you clearly see the impact of wood just having its way with this spirit. 14 months isn’t all that old for a solid anejo, but here the astringent wood barrel notes nonetheless overpower both the agave notes and the sweetness you’d normally see from barrel aging.
-
Sauza Tres Generaciones Añejo Tequila pays homage with a rich, smoky flavor that speaks of companionship and camaraderie. The twelve months that Sauza Tres Generaciones Añejo Tequila rests in toasted American barrels gives it a warm oaky finish.
-
