Côtes de Gascogne

A deep salmon pink. Not an especially aromatic wine. Initial impression is of rich, soft and sweet strawberry fruit and yet it’s actually fairly dry. Lovely weighty, rounded texture in the mouth with a fresh, tangy and spicy finish. A good long finish too.
