This is a very lively Champagne with a creamy mousse. The wine is towards dry, bringing out great white and citrus fruit flavors with a burst of tangy vibrant acidity. Fresh and open-knit, this accessible version shows flavors of Gala apple, candied ginger, biscuit and spice that become more subtle on the finish.

This Blanc de Noirs uses Pinot Noir grapes from the Premier Cru rated vineyard in the village of Bisseuil in the Montagne de Reims, contributing power and body. It shows the deep golden tints characteristic of Pinot Noir matured for long years in the cellars. Abundant, long lasting mousse and astonishingly fine bubbles. Hints of toasty vanilla and dried fruits are combined with an elegant finish.

It has a lovely balance of yellow plum fruit and a well-judged structure from the barrel fermentation. The palate has a smoky character, with a whiff of baking soda and zesty lemon on a vibrant and crisp finish.

The Cuvee William Deutz is a tribute to the brand's founder. It's distinctive power gives it a special place amongst the Deutz range. Intensely seductive, with a bright golden hue, this is a generous wine both in its structure and flavours. These are fresh, suave and complex. It's true panache lies in the lingering memory of its taste.

There's a fine aura to the texture of this elegant version, layering flavors of poached quince and peach fruit, spun honey, strawberry, licorice and smoke-tinged mineral with mouth-watering acidity that leads to a long, lasting finish of finely ground spice.
