To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Black Tot Day, we have created a commemorative limited edition Black Tot blend. 50th Anniversary is described as “a new rum with an old soul”. While it definitely tastes “Navy” there are bright and fruity elements to it along with that spiciness that makes it really interesting and layered, you’ll find a marriage of rums from the four cornerstones of the Royal Navy blend: Jamaica, Barbados, Guyana, and Trinidad.
-
Black Tot rum, a tribute to this age-old practice, is a blend of Caribbean rums and captures the fruity flavours of Barbados, the spices of Guyana and the intensity of Jamaica. Both complex and pleasant, its memory lingers long after the last drop has been drained.

Elements Eight Republica, is produced from 100% traditional column stills. It is non-chill filtered and aged for at least five years in ex-bourbon casks. The rum has a naturally sweet character which attests to the harmonious balance of two single rums from two historically important rum-making Caribbean republics.
-
Sweet, dark, cooked fruits on the nose. Fruitcake, spice, herbal. Balanced with thick, sweet spices, stewed fruits on the palate. The finish is spicy, crisp and fruity.
-
A rich, intricate flavour, well balanced and nuanced with butterscotch, vanilla and caramel. Impressive.
-
Dynamic aromatic activity going on here in the opening fragrance, which includes hints of black peppercorn, clove, cinnamon, baked cherry, prune, molasses; later sniffs encounter earthy forest, leaves, black tea, dry slate on a spicy finish.
-
A rich yet smooth aroma of wood and a hint of chocolate on the nose, leading to a smooth start on the palate. Develops into a mellow, then spicy offering with cinnamon and the chocolate lingering for a while. A fantastic sipping rum, but one that has all the versatility of being involved in a cocktail.
-
Superbly blended in the grand Cuban tradition, offers a delicate taste. Complex, yet velvety smooth, with and exceptional bouquet and flavour of vanilla, molasses caramel, nuts and spices.

Matusalem Gran Reserva 23 is produced from a 130-year old recipe, stored for 23 years in young oak barrels and is known as “The Cognac of Rum”! It has a smoky aroma with strong hints of tar. Vanilla and caramel are evident on the palate – even if the tar is palpable. Matusalem Gran Reserva 23 is an unforgettable experience, while there is room for sophisticated palates, it is also easily accessible and makes the whole experience quite awesome.

This true 18 year old rum shows a maturity and depth of character well beyond its years and compares favourably to many other allegedly older rums. Only the finest 18 year old barrels from Don Pancho´s private collection have been selected to make this exquisite rum. It is simply wonderful.
-
Origenes Reserva Don Pancho is a true 30 year old rum. Don Pancho personally selected only the best barrels from his cherished, private collection of aged rums and masterfully blended them to fulfill his vision.
-
Chocolate brown in color, the rum exudes nuttiness and dark, bittersweet chocolate on the nose. Fresh sugar coats the tongue as you taste, and Pampero takes you on a trip into desserts galore on the body — chocolate mousse, creme brulee, caramel pudding. The finish keeps going and going. Wood is there, but it’s sedate and stays in the background. The rum may look impossibly dark, but it actually spends only 4 to 6 years in old bourbon barrels. Really quite seductive and delicious.
-
Demerara sugar and molasses on the bouquet with opulent notes of dried fruits, island spices, and caramel. The palate is full and round with tropical flavors. Warm and smooth with a long finish.
-
Rubber sap, marinated vinegar, caramel taffy, ad brown spice aromas. A round entry leads to a glycerous off-dry medium-to full bodied palate with sherried brown spices, mineral spirits, roasted Brazil nuts, cedar, and toffee. Finishes with a touch of shellac, exotic peppercorn, and very spicy heat. A very hearty, traditional navy rum!
-
The bouquet and palate shows a spicy/peppery hit from the strong bitter molasses, but once it breathes a little it seems to get smoother, and then flavours separate a little and the complexity reaches its pinnacle with the notes of caramel, vanilla, and honey coming forth on the finish.
-
The Rum Pyrat XO rum is dark in color. Pyrat XO rum comes from a blend of rums from nine vintages 15 years of age whose selection is a very high level to keep only the best tradition of Caribbean rums. A luxurious aroma of toffee, marzipan, candied fruit and sarsaparilla. This aged rum is gorgeous and mouth-filling with caramel and a sprinkling of ginger and cinnamon fireworks on the elongated finish.

Prunes, Christmas pudding, caramel, toffee, dark chocolate, nutmeg and cinnamon spice. Beyond the punch of high strength alcohol lies flavours of toffee, golden syrup, demerara sugar and cinnamon spice. Opens to reveal toffee fudge, dark chocolate and orange. Punchy – as a proper ‘Navy’ rum should be. Burnt toffee and spice flavours dominate.
