Aluna Coconut Rum offers the true flavour of coconut, alongside the authentic warmth and complexity of high quality rum. High altitude rum from Guatemala made with virgin sugar cane honey ('miel de caña') results in a lighter, smoother and naturally sweeter rum. This is married with selected Caribbean rums for a little heat and structure. The blend is cut with the perfect amount of organic coconut water for an amazingly smooth and clean finish.

Bank’s Golden 7 rum is made from 23 different molasses rums which further include Spanish style rums into the blend. Aged between 1 to 3 years in ex bourbon barrels it achieve its complex and spicy finish.

The pale Embargo Añejo Blanco Rum is almost colourless, but not completely clear. This has to do with the fact that the distillates of the blend briefly rested in oak barrels, without a real maturation storage taking place. This refinement has helped the blended rum find its centre and be a little finer than the classics.

Embargo Añejo Esplendido is the most upscale and oldest creation of the Embargo range. This Guatemalan-dominated rum is blended with three light rums (Cuba, Trinidad & Tobago) and an agricultural rum from a famous Martinique distillery.

The molasses rum is joined by a little Agricole rum from sugar cane juice, as in French overseas departments like Martinique. The Embargo Añejo Exquisito Rum is an exciting, successful experiment by the duo Alexandre Sirech and Jean Moueix. The blended rum from the Caribbean was allowed to mature for several years.

Plantation Guatemala Gran Añejo has an aroma full of not only vanilla, but also lots of nut and chocolate! The flavor on the other hand is dominated by vanilla but with some hints of sweet fruit! Banana maybe? Plantation Guatemala Gran Añejo is overall a very nice Plantation rum!

Dark mahogony with coppery tints, clove, cocoa, cinnamon and orange peel-scented bouquet. The palate is sweet and smooth, with cocoa, orange and honey flavors and a sensuous, viscous texture. It finishes long and smooth.

Zacapa XO is a unique balance of hand selected rums aged 6 to 25 years in the unique “Sistema Solera”. Older and younger rums are then blended as they age in a sequence of barrels that previously stored robust American whiskeys, delicate Sherries, fine Pedro Ximenez wines and finished in French Oak casks which previously aged Cognac.

The infusion with the herbs creates a complex flavor with notes of melted caramel, vanilla and cinnamon. The flavor of the liquid is enhanced best when it is enjoyed neat or with ice.
