Since 1967 the Puiatti family has been distinguishing itself in the enological and vine-growing world, showing its ability to evolve and capability to seize and anticipate continuous changes at all times, while associating experience, tradition and innovation. All this has been based on an ancient viticultural philosophy : respect and exploitation of territory, such as the indissoluble link among environment, vine, climate and man’s intervention. Elizabeth and John Puiatti fall on stage alone with a new Maison – Villa Parens in Farra d’Isonzo. They have been behind the scenes for a few years, always as big players, for the group Angelini Estates which had and still has taken the reins of the company Puiatti. They announced their second revival in the 48th Vinitaly just ended with style, elegance and a review of all new wines but from the impression Puiatti ever, where you coin the future and tradition. “The future belongs to those who dare to be different and the things that make us what we are building,” said the self-Puiatti that make wine since 1967. Today, back in the race, the track, with their creativity which is the power to transform something that lives in the abstract to make it audible. Build something really special is their art and continue to do so beautifully in the bottle giving extraordinary emotions to live without doubt, unparalleled and timeless. The Puiatti philosophy has always been: “Natural and Pure, according to Nature. The origin of the grapes, maceration in stainless steel, the aging in the bottle. “So there is a supreme value of the territory with organic practices in the vineyard and the motto” no wood “in the cellar.
