Indústrias Reunidas de Bebidas Tatuzinho 3 Fazendas Ltda., originally established in 1950 in the city of Piracicaba, in the countryside of the state of São Paulo, is one of the most important manufacturers of cachaça in Brazil, occupying a prominent position in the marketing of distilled beverage and holder of prestigious brands such as Velho Barreiro, Tatuzinho and 3 Fazendas. Distributed throughout the country, together, those brands back to over 60 years of history, permeating the Brazilian popular culture, almost making a fusion with the everyday life of the citizens of very different social classes in the country through the ages.

Incredibly intense vegetal aroma. Ripe marrow, lemon peel, green apple, and pear drops create a crisp and fresh aroma. Much earthier than the nose would suggest, fresh and crisp but with a rounded flavour profile that lingers for an extraordinary length on the finish considering this is a white spirit. A moderate sweetness is perfectly judged and alerts the palate to this spirit’s origin from sugar cane. A touch of citrus lightens and the merest hint of cumin spice adds complexity.
