The famed Sazerac Coffee House was founded in 1850 at 13 Exchange Alley, New Orleans, Louisiana. Although styled a “Coffee House”, it was, in fact, a saloon. Amber chestnut color. Huge, spicy aroma. Very mature, with notes of oak, leather, and molasses.
