Product Description
Languably leaning on the hillsides bordering the shore of the Gulf of Saint Florent, gilded by the sun, caressed by the sea wind, the plains of the vineyard of Patrimonio, generously nourish the vine since the 12th century. The Pagliaghji, erected on these lands testify to its long wine tradition. With their walls covered with pebble beds, their roofs covered with a soft and greasy grass, this architectural heritage contributes to sublimate the charm and authenticity of the appellation of Patrimonio. It is there, more than fifty years ago, that was born the domain Orenga of Gaffory. In 1974, Henri Orenga de Gaffory joined his father, Pierre, to promote this heritage which will quickly become one of the references of the Protected Designation of Origin Patrimonio. In 2016, Domaine Orenga de Gaffory celebrates its 50 years of existence and initiates the conversion of its 56 hectares of organic vines.
A bright and limpid dress, nuanced with green hints. The bouquet shows floral with white peach notes, expressing the purity of Vermentino. A structured palate that confirms the bouquet with lemon, grapefruit and fresh minerality with a lot of vibrancy, crisp on the finish.
