Vibrant pale yellow, with slight green reflections. High intensity of citric fruity style aromas, highlighting grapefruit with subtle notes of white peach on the bouquet. A classic, zingy, fresh Sauvignon Blanc on the palate with lots of grassy, herbaceous notes and a touch of lime sorbet and melon.
It is fresh with a good balance and excellent acidity on the finish.
