The entire portfolio of Arras sparkling wines are held back between 3-10 yrs to give these wines the distinction, quality and maturity they require to be world class, unique sparkling wines.
The appearance is crystal clear with an ultrafine and persistent bead, medium straw with a yellow gold hue. A mature and complex style of sparkling expressing aromas of toast, honeycomb, sourdough and nougat. An intriguing blend of flavours, including lemon curd, natural yogurt, brine and a hint of forest floor. The palate has great elegance and poise with a finely balanced dosage or sugar, acidity and tannic structure.
