The passion involved distilling the children of Gabriel and William. The first two founded a distillery in Ponti Sul Mincio in the province of Mantua; the latter (William and Severo) did the same, but undertook the way to the Piedmont, Ghemme (NO), where they founded the distillery in 1922 Francoli. In 1948 William was joined by his nephew Louis, the son of Severus, who later, in 1951, he decided to acquire the business and founded the distillery in Ghemme Luigi Francoli, where they were bottled and sold the best grappa in the area. The increase in the work of Luigi suggested to call them the 4 younger brothers who, one after another joined him. Thus was born the fourth generation of distillers Francoli.
