With a retained focus on the 120 years of craftsmanship, the individual elements bring their own distinct characteristic to the final products. The distillery follows a strict protocol but also rely on the natural elements of the celestial St Lucian country to produce its outstanding quality. These are the tropical climate of St Lucia; premium molasses; virgin rainforest water; three strains of yeast to enhance complexity; four distillation stills, including a Kentucky Bourbon Pot Still; tropical aging in lightly charred oak Bourbon barrels; blending of 10 hand selected single rums; light filtration to retain flavor.

Elements Eight Vendôme is a sensuous, smooth and complex super premium rum that will appeal to deluxe whisky and gold rum drinkers. The harmonious balance of the eight key elements renders this super premium rum exquisitely smooth and flavourful. Deep burnished golden amber color. Rich aromas of caramel, dried sour cherry, peppery spice, and lacquered cedar follow through on a round, supple entry to a dryish medium body with interesting notes of salt water taffy, nutmeg, and banana leaf. Finishes with a long, fruity toffee, sweet tobacco, mineral ore, lacquer, and pink peppercorn fade. A golden rum with a lot of wood aged personality and captivating flavor.
