Casa Noble ultra premium tequilas begin as carefully selected mature Blue Agave plants, which have met our strict requirements for water and sugar content. We employ only traditional methods and slow-cook our rich agave piñas for 38 hours in stone ovens. Then, using only the core and hearts of the agaves, we extract their sweet nectar. Our fermentation process is 100% natural, followed by a triple distillation. It was the second tequila brand to receive organic certification: No chemicals are used in the cultivation of its blue agave or in its distilling process. An on-site treatment plant allows the distillery to transform waste liquids and solids into useful compost or ph balanced liquid that won’t ruin the soil. The result is a tequila so pure and full of agave flavour that it has elevated the concept of tequila to new levels around the world. Super-rich vanilla bouquet with a little bit of fruit and little cooked agave. It has a buttery-rich texture with some roasted tropical fruits in addition to notes of toffee and caramelized orange peel. It ends just as fruity as it started with just a little bit fresh green pepper added. It’s a very drinkable tequila that has all the smoothness you would ever want, with depth on the finish.
