Custodia has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. The wine is produced according to the same principles used when making Amarone. A very powerful and intoxicating aroma. The mature grapes gives a very full-bodied taste with a wonderful aftertaste of cinnamon and vanilla with hints of leather and tobacco on the finish.
