Product Description
Proclaimed by some ancient philosophers, “Anima Mundi” (the soul of the world) is the pure etheric spirit, as the underlying element in all nature. It is what animates the nature of all things as the same soul animates the human being. This is the meaning that etymologically appears when writing this Platonic expression, which, undoubtedly, is what moved the “souls” of two wine lovers to create a great wine line under this name. Guillermo Donnerstag and Mark Weiss were the ones who gave life to a project that has already positioned itself in the tastes of sybarites and those consumers of traditional wines. The meaning of Anima Mundi is that going from the particular to the universal, that sense in which everything in nature shares the same substance; that everything is related to each other, the same happens with wine.
The Mecano blend has a deep red colour with hints of violet. The bouquet shows red and black fruits, some spicy and mineral notes. On the palate the wine immediately shows well integrated vibrant acidity with ripe and velvety tannins on the finish.
