In the culmination of a process which over the years has led us to reduce the quantity of sulphites in our Champagnes, no sulphur is added to this cuvée during the different stages of vinification, allowing the Pinot Noir to express itself in perfect freedom. This cuvée evokes lovely apples and Williams pear, with a hint of citrus fruits.

The bouquet has clear aromas of white peach, apricot, kumquat and almonds. Layers of complexity reveal themselves, ranging from spicy to savoury, to sweet. The palate is balanced with flavours of honeycomb but with a zesty mid palate and lengthy lingering finish.

Bright yellow orange. Subdued, pure aromas of gooseberry, spices, minerals, licorice and honey. Broad, concentrated, ripe and dry, with a tactile dusty texture to the pineapple fruit. Finishes chewy, savory and very persistent, with uncompromising dryness. Serious stuff.

Super elegant with light cherry fruit. Very subtle with nice spiciness, hints of earth, and a really expressive personality. No SO2 was added to either the grapes or to the finished wine.
