A blended whisky combining malt and grain from the Mars Shinshu distillery in Japan. A whiskey with a very intense and rich character and a soft floral aroma of white flowers mixed with ripe fruit. The palate starts creamy with a hint of honey and a fruity background of green apple and white grape. The finish lasts for a long time with notes of citrus and vanilla.

Nikka has always been at the crossroads of cultures, between the East and the West, Nature and Human, Tradition and Innovation. Each day is a new journey which continuously learn from previous ones. Nikka Days, the latest creation of the brand, is a shining example of this state of mind.

This famous Japanese blended whisky has been reinvented with this superb limited series. Notes of spices and aromatic plants are increasingly present on the bouquet. As for the palate, this new opus scores twice by offering the taster not one but two extremely different yet complimentary flavour paths. The new rich and remarkably complex Super Nikka could show a thing or two to many a single malt.

Hibiki Japanese Harmony happens to be one of the more complex expressions across the entire Suntory Whisky portfolio. This blend utilizes at least 10 malt and grain whiskies drawn from the original Hibiki blend, the 17 Years spirit, 21 Years spirit and more. These liquids were pulled from all three of Suntory's distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita. And the blend incorporates individual components from across all five different types of cask aging. American White Oak may play the base-note, but Japanese Mizunara and sherry casks round out the profile.

Suntory Whisky Toki is a vivid blend of carefully selected whiskies from the House of Suntory's globally acclaimed Hakushu, Yamazaki, and Chita distilleries. The selection of Hakushu American white oak cask, malt whisky, and Chita heavy-type grain whisky as the blend's two pillars overturns the old relationship between malt and grain and creates a blend that is both groundbreaking and timeless.

This blend is soft and quite sweet, with low levels of spice and that characteristic Nikka richness behind, a classic fist in a velvet glove. Ripe, round, and generous, there’s cocoa and butterscotch, with plenty of persimmon and nutmeg. Lush, round, and balanced; a classic Japanese blend.
-
Blended with precision and delicacy, this whisky is a blend primarily of malted barley from Miyagikyo in Honshū and Yoichi in Hokkaidō, along with Coffey Still grain. The result is a perfect symbol of balance, roundness and softness, so many adjectives that characterise Nikka.

The name Yamazakura is based on two Japanese symbols – ‚yama’ means mountain and ‘sakura’ refers to the cherry trees, a symbol of the fading beauty. Aromatic and gentle, elderflower, caramel and a slightly salty note on the bouquet. The palate is light, with fine aromas of pears, cereals, vanilla and citrus fruit. The finish is salty with a hint of vanilla.
