A grape based spirit. Being based on grape rather than grain neutral spirit seems to add body and faint sweetness to this classically styled yet subtly herbal dry gin. The specially selected botanicals in GinT include Friulian Juniper berries from the Adriatic coast with Moscato grapes, Coriander seeds, Angelica root, mace, vanilla pods and sweet orange peels. It is crafted using pure water from the Italian Alps and distilled in small batched in alembic pot stills that were produced in 1955.

Marconi 46 is an Italian gin artisanally distilled and obtained from a unique infusion of juniper berries, muscat grape, mountain pine, cembra pine, mint, cardamom and coriander reminding of the Asiago plateau in the north of the Veneto region, where the Poli family comes from.

The result of a very accurate selection of nine botanicals – Juniper, Coriander, Iris, Angelica, Sedge, Liquorice, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Bitter Orange, which are left in alcoholic infusion for 24 hours in traditional copper pot stills before distillation. The actual recipe goes back o the famous Ginepro di Dalmazia, produced by the Luxardo family since the beginning of the 1900s.

The sour cherry ginis a London Dry-style gin and proprietary Marasca cherry juice made from fruit grown on the family’s orchards in Veneto. Balanced with bright juniper notes of a London Dry with the sweet fruit notes of Marasca cherry juice, finishing on a long, lingering thread of bone-dry tannin.

Crafted in Italy, O’ndina is inspired by the “glamour and carefree spirit” of the Italian Riviera in the 1960s. Distilled in small batches, the gin is made with 19 Italian botanicals – including fresh basil from Liguria and citrus from southern Italy. The combination of botanicals is said to create a “refreshing, herbaceous” flavour.

Botanicals from the Trentino woods and water from the Dolomites are used. The juniper is fine and fragrant to the bouquet which manages to combine in an excellent way with the other fifteen different natural herbs selected to give a good balance to the product. Dry and clean, excellent balance, these are the hallmarks of the master distillers.
