Imoya is a blend of pot-stilled brandies, which have been maturing in selected small French oak barrels for between three and twenty years. Made from grapes grown in the Western Cape, this is a rich, toasty and spicy style of brandy.

A heady aroma of ripe pears, almonds and chocolate, followed by subtle hints of citrus and potpourri. The palate shows tobacco, malt, coffee and a lingering chocolate-like flavour on a consumately smooth finish ending in a surprisingly cleansing effect on the palate.

Lustrous, deep golden amber in colour. 12 years of ageing in small French oak casks has produced a generous bouquet of intense gooseberry notes, cherry & vanilla. The wood character is well balanced with with strong dried fruit flavours that develop into hints of coffee on the aftertaste, ending in a soft, velvety finish with an opulent density.
