Lamponi di Poli is a fruit brandy made from raspberries of the Carnia area, which is an agricultural paradise in the mountainous region of Friuli-Venezia-Giulia. Originally from Mount Ida in Asia Minor, these wild raspberries are deep, dark red and rich in fragrance.

Jacopo Poli Moscato is a single-vintage brandy made from Moscato Bianco grapes grown in the Euganei hills in the Veneto region. Here, the soil is volcanic and the temperature is cool, creating grapes with a distinct, flavorful character and crisp acidity on the finish.

Pere di Polo is a brandy made from Williams pears, originally brought to Italy from Egypt in ancient times, these are widely considered the most ideal variety for distillation (out of the more than 5,000 others that currently exist). Poli sources his select pears from South Tyrol in the alpine Trentino-Alto Adige region. Pere di Poli has pronounced aromas of ripe pears and white blossom. On the palate it is soft, with flavors that persist long onto the finish.
